for all you city dwellers, instead of getting your crazy senile neighbour to stop feeding pigeons,fined , have you tried offerring a bird-house smal enough to fit only sparrows and other far more likeable birds, that way he gets to feed his birds and you don't have to put off up with a balcony/car/everything full of pigeon sh*t, also if your feeling like a big spender try stopping by a pet store to get songbird wich does well in urban enviroments, that way you can cheer your neighbourhood a bit as a bonus.
